One Month Project Based Intensive Industrial Training in In Silico Drug Designing and its applications in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Objective of the Program:

The Aim of the Project based Intensive Training is to acquaint the Trainees with the software tools and protocols required for In Silico Rational Drug Designing. The training modules are designed keeping the Industrial requirements into consideration. The program would offer a deep insight into In Silico Drug Designing and its Applications in modern day Pharmaceutical R&D.

8. Lead introduction in identified pocket
9. In Silico generation of Ligand molecules
10. IC 50 & Binding energy calculation (Docking)
11. In Silico validation of Drug molecule
12. Drug molecule : from Silicon chip to the market
